Sometimes this is harder than it looks. We can take your finished designs and make them into a reality by supplying the final product in small or large volumes.

We can produce your CAM model ready for milling and turning whether it is 3, 4 or 5 axis. Once produced, the model can be machined by us if required.

In support of our CAM engineers and in order to provide a complete "product to manufacturing service", we can design, develop and implement your post processors. 

With individual engineers having 20 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, we can provide expertise to create post processors for a wide range of machine tools using Post Builder with 3, 4 and 5 axis capability across Milling, Turning and Mill-turn centres with additional experience in customised post processors.
