Onsite/Offsite Support

Our flexibility enables us to work with clients in the best possible way to deliver the solution, we offer

 • Onsite client support
 • Offsite support at REP

Onsite Client Support

Our engineers can work on client site locations when it is appropriate for work to be carried out on site. This may be for a number of reasons including:

 • the need to use specialist kit located on the client site
 • during the early stages of project familiarisation, set up or to build client confidence,
 • Integration and commissioning of end product,
 • Security of data or ITAR.

We are well equipped to solve all the challenges likely to be faced from recruiting the right staff, providing any cross training, ensuring staff are legal compliant to local working legislation, site, project and programme management and infrastructure provision and maintenance.

Offsite Work

Offsite packages are performed at our offices in Worcester with staff being located on the client's site as required to ensure a smooth transfer of work, operate equipment that cannot be relocated and ensure that the inputs to and from the clients are kept up to date. We have experience of expanding teams of engineers very quickly to respond to clients needs and these expansions are supported by Tier 2 suppliers.

A combination of both is possible which means the client only needs to provide the tools and set up for limited time. Regardless of the delivery method you choose we are in constant communication with our customers and provide regular status meetings with Senior Managers &  Project Managers to ensure you are kept up to date with the progress of your  work.

Example of offsite work

Aero Engine FADEC Software Design and Verification
We are currently providing a team of 50 engineers performing software design and verification services on various FADECs for commercial aero engineers. An interface engineer is located on the client's site and collects the packages of work from the client and sends them to our team. The senior project manager for this account allocates the work to the appropriate teams and manages the flow of work to ensure deliveries are met and the team is utilised efficiently. The project manager remains in regular contact with this counterparts at the client to discuss work flow addressing issues and ensure the client is fully informed of the progress to date.
