Transfer of Data and Security

We respect our customers data and understand that the transfer of data is an important consideration when working together on software projects, therefore we treat your data in the most secure and safe way possible.

Depending on the requirements of the customer, REP operates a number of methods for securely transferring data to/from their IT facilities, or for securely working on a customer’s system.

These methods include, but are not restricted to:

 · Encrypted terminal server systems, such as Citrx.
 · Secure shared data portals, such as ForumPass.
 · Secure FTP connections with explicit data encryption, such as PGP.
 · Encrypted media such as DVD, USB Memory Sicks.
 · High-grade VPN technologies.
 · Point-to-point private circuit communication links.

For industries and customers with specific security requirements, REP will always pro-actively ensure operations are as pain-free for the customer as possible, whilst conforming to all applicable rules.
